- How much does a custom wedding cake topper cost?
- Toppers run $50 to $290, all-in. Single-Color starts at $50, Four-Color at $60, and Full-Color (MIMAKI press) at $200; the price then rises with height, up to $290 for a 16 cm Full-Color topper. Every price includes worldwide shipping and duties. The price you approve is the price at checkout; there is no second invoice at the door.
- What if it doesn't look like us?
- Re-sculpt the pose, swap the outfit, change the style. Free, until the 3D is right. Most couples re-sculpt three or four times. We don't track a ceiling. You pay only once you've approved.
- I only have one good photo of one of us. Is that enough?
- Yes. One sharp photo is enough. The model improves the source, and the previews and 3D show you the likeness before you pay.
- Can we add a pet? Traditional dress?
- Yes, and yes. Any number of pets, sized to the couple, priced live. Cultural dress is rendered from a photo you upload or a description in the studio.
- How long does it take to design and how is it delivered?
- Designing in the browser takes about 15 minutes. After you approve and pay, production starts immediately and the studio shows your delivery window before you order. Typically two to three weeks depending on finish. Shipping and duties are already in the all-in price.
- What countries do you ship to?
- We ship to 31 countries. The all-in price already includes worldwide shipping plus customs and duties to your country, so nothing is added at checkout or waiting at the door.
- What happens to my photos?
- Used only to guide the likeness. Never used for training. Never used for marketing without your written permission. Photos are deleted thirty days after delivery. The 3D model is kept indefinitely under your serial number.
- What is it made of?
- UV-stable polymer, hand-finished smooth at the partner studio. Reads as porcelain at the table. Engineered to survive the box and the next sixty years on a shelf. Ships with a food-safe acrylic disc for cake contact.
- What sizes are available?
- Toppers come in four sizes (10, 12, 14, and 16 cm) set live in the studio. The size you choose updates the all-in price as you configure it.
- Do I have to pay before I see it?
- No. Designing is free and you only pay once you've approved the 3D. Design as many versions as you want; the price is locked when you design and you pay only if you order.
- What if the print misses the preview?
- Your re-make is free. No return shipping, no questions. By the time you've paid, there is nothing to be surprised by.
- Do I keep the 3D model?
- Yes. The 3D file is yours. Re-print from the archive anytime. The model is kept indefinitely under your serial number.
